Version 11, aka the Army version. This was the version made just before I got out of the Army around Jan. 2005. I wanted to get the site database driven (finally) since there the content was growing quite quickly. I chose WordPress for this version because it makes the database automatically. Again, I wanted to keep the design simple and also reflect where I was at the time: post army.
