First week of October 2000, version 3 came into existence. This is my least favorite version, but it served it purpose. I wanted to do it in frames, where the top and bottom frames contained a biblicone graphical header. no navigation was here. The navigation was text only and located on the left side of the main content frame. I wanted this version to fit in any size browser, and fill it as well. This was accomplished. Another goal was to keep the content of this version growing and keep it contained in the same design layout. This never happened. Only a handful of sections were developed for this section. Oh well.
