What are you doing in Mexico without your ID?

I used to work with Jeff at the Mills and have been hearing the news trickling in over the last couple of days. We are all worried and hoping for a positive outcome. Send me an e-mail and I’ll toss you admin rights to the above blog. My reasoning behind it was to have a centralized information board to have people turn to if they have information and check on the status of our search.
If you think me creating this is out of line let me know and I will remove it. Jeff was a good friend of mine and I want to find him.
He was located but not apprehended – in Texas by the Border Patrol. I guess they stopped him since he did not have his ID, but let him go… At least he is alive!

Not sure. They just said that they let him go… Whatever that means is anybodys guess.

I used to work with jeff as an officer at the mills along with jake. is there any reason why you think your brother would go to mexico. i used to hang out with jeff almost everynight last winter and this just seeems totally crazy

Thank you God…Jeff came home early this morning. He is exhausted from driving and went quickly to bed. I hope that he is sleeping peacefully and will share his adventure with us in his own time. Love you all. :)

keep us updated. has anyone tried contacting the mexican government and giving them his information in case he shows up on their side of the border?
