OK… They executed Saddam after a way too long public spectacle also referred to as a trial. And this solves what? Does anyone remember the name Osama Bin Laden? hmm. Where is he? Why hasnt he been executed? Whats going on? Whats the point of our 3000+ dead US soldiers in Iraq? Wasnt Bin Laden last seen in Afghanistan… not Iraq?

Thats the way of things is it not? It has all lost momentum and everyone not directly affected is now numb to it. I think we all know that it has gone on far too long without real noticable progression, but then I also think about Northern Ireland. The troubles there have lasted decades. Perhaps that is where its at and where it is going to be for a long period of time? It is a waste…yes….but then, so is a life lived in the US and UK through many other means. No one makes anyone join the Forces in our neck of the woods.
The death of Saddam was supposed to bring an element of justice to the aggreived and their families, but yet again, the bullshit is stirred up by the media and everyone is having a say. It has become a greater spectacle. They say Saddam was taunted prior to death, whilst waiting on the gallows. Apparently, in a civilised society you arent allowed to taunt others. The farcical trial and capital punishment is okay though.
Anyhoo…he is gone and all those other dictators should jolly well sit up and think about what comes of their silly antics! Its just not cricket! And what the hell we gonna do when Iran has made their bomb and tell the US and UK to bugger off? EEK!
As for Osama, I heard he is alive and well and got a job on a building site in Scotland.
