I hope posting this does not jinx us, but we are going to put an offer in on a new house tonight. Wish us luck. The house is 1,380 square feet, 2 stories, full basement (concrete floor and walls), and 4 bedrooms. I would say there are more like 2.5 bedrooms with a very large closet. The first floor is all solid bamboo hardwood. The second floor is neutral colored carpeting. It has a full bath on the second floor and a 3/4 bath on the first (stand up shower).
