Today was the inspection for the house we are in the process of purchasing. The inspector looked at everything from the roof to the basement, and every outlet in the house. Everything checked out great. He said it was one of the best rehabs he has seen in a long time. They did everything right and didnt cut any corners.

The only major flaws he told me about (the paperwork may have other flaws) are: a slight problem with a chimney (we have no fireplace) missing part of the opening on the neighbors side of the shared chimney. Also, the skylight in the upstairs bathroom has a cracked window - but it has been siliconed to prevent leaking. And finally he found a small tear in a window screen upstaris. (No big deal for that one).

Im sure there are a few more things that may need to be fixed or replaced at some point… but its part of owning a house. We are now another step closer to being home owners.
