It is art only when it is hung on the wall. If its not on the wall (or in a book) it is not art.

Sometimes what some consider art, is really just a craft. Some crafts are really just crap. Artists who dont do “art” by the definition of “art: it hangs on a wall”, are not artists. The artists who dont do art are considered ex-artists.

Hmm. Is that why so many Artists never get ful recognition until after their death and their crafts hung up on the wall? And what about styles of Art? Periods of Art? Lets look at the sistine chapel by Michelangelo. Surely, cos he painted on the ceiling rather than did something to hang on a wall…it is by definition…crap?
Let me see if Im getting this.
Craftsmen crap and Artists do it up walls. But ex-Artists cant do crap whatever.

To be fair, its a good picture. Why? Cos from where I sit it appears that all the squares are the desired tone of equal balance. Well, at least that is why cubism was popular. More about the mix than the subject. But..I say that not being able to see the picture in its entirety. Knowing you though…it is of a high standard.
