Nocturnal Wife Abuse. My hubby has never laid a hand on me in all our 20 years of marriage although he may have liked to. But last night I couldnt sleep at all. He has always been asleep in 10 mins but thats men for you… In all our time together while asleep he has punched me on the nose, put his hands around my neck, kicked and punched me and all this while he says he is asleep. Last night around 4 am he flopped over and bit me hard on the shoulder so hard that my cry of pain actually woke him up. He was oh so apologetic this morning but I bet he’s had a right giggle at work. Should I be worried about a repressed desire to kill me? Mind you the only nightmare he’s ever had at ALL was one where I was strangling him…now, where did I put those scissors…
