Did I tell you one of my spaniels has passed on? Gone to sit at the right hand of beelzebub.. what a mean dog he was but RIP Monts.

His replacement arrived 2 nights ago; Piffle the hamster. Darn thing would not get out of his wheel all the way home and woke me up at 2am and 4am. He was lucky I didnt get him stuffed…. Last night when he deigned to bless us with his presence he was in some sort of “play dead” mode. They last 2 years I read (if they’re lucky).

Could it be that the UN has finally come to the end of its usefulnes? On Fox yesterday someone came up with an interesting point about what the UN was not doing in Kosovo, or Rwanda…. What is the point of the UN now?
Britain is crumbling in its support. Finally the message of the people is getting through and it’s chinking away at Mr Blair’s armour. I must remember to pray for him too….
I think the Americans are just going to go on their own now and to hell with the consequences. You can have a lot of shiny big weapons but have you got the ability to use them wisely? I do not want to see lots of innocent dead civilians again. Will one day dawn when we have done with war forever? Is this all we do every now and again?

Also, try not to be too busy for spending time with God. When you get to the gates of heaven you may find that He’s just too busy for you…

I wonder why President Bush is waiting for this resolution? I finally have come to the day that I think war is now only days even hours away. I guess I feel scared; people around me are even talking about war in the streets, the shops….. Its taken Britain a while but we too feel like we’re invloved in a war no matter how far we tried to shunt it to the back of our minds. Is this what it is like? No euphoria, no real desire and no real conviction?

I have said this before many times on this site; it’s what you cant see that causes the most trouble. You can have plans for everything but life is not like that. We mere mortals think we can control everything especially the more technical we get. We have enemies we cannot see and an assumption that God is on our side not matter what that side is. My biggest fear is is that it goes nuclear and spreads…

Errr, it seems my two mates are off fighting for their countries leaving me to hold the fort. A proper place for a female too I should add.
Does this mean that Rosie (raving fundamentalist evangelical Christian) is going to take the site over?

What I am going to do is try 1) to keep the website active by writing an online diary of the war (if there is one). 2) Find any snippets of info out there I think you should know about…. and that won’t be much =)

Currently there are an awful lot of prophets out there who think they know what is going to happen next. I’m not one of them. Psalm 74 verse 9. “We see not our signs: there is no more any prophet, neither is there among us any that knoweth how long.” (KJV) What I can tell you is that I feel doors are shutting that won’t open again… ever. It must have felt like this in Noah’s ark. That time God shut the door.

Israel better watch out. America is so busy doing other tasks that this may be an undiscovered weak spot for her.
