Having read and re-read posts over the last year, I can quite honestly say that I am not in the league of those people who create websites enscribed with Design somewhere in the Meta tags. So, with that, I apologise to any and all who continue to read this post with their eyebrows angled downwards as they adopt the posture of a raging bull ready to skewer the next brave weakling.

I have been aware of Biblicone for one whole year nearly and through that, have gotten to know Mob. Using that time and the relationship built, as a template, I can only decipher the element of thought and love put into a site as a reflection of the designers awareness of his/her surroundings at that time and also the provocation behind creating the product as such.

So, coupling the personal desire to create with the competetivness apparent in all designers (which there is), I would like to applaud all those that have continued to restyle their sites as a testament to their awareness, and give sympathy to those that tried so hard, but gave up under what is, an impossible quest.

Design, if it must be said, is a Holy grail. It is constantly searched and redefined, but never found and always a mystery. Can you picture the Holy Grail? I bet it is different to my version. :-)

Ah, the Joys of living in Euro-sceptical Britain. I read something funny today which provoked this thought, well, it was funny to me.

Being “Euro baby”, or at least trying to conform with it whilst still being staunchly English, we the people have been subjected to the weights and measures proposals as per the rest of the sausage eating Euro buggers. This now means that all dope heads purchasing their home grown substances have to start calculating in metric as opposed to good ol’fashioned Imperial measures. Not a problem you might say, however, again, Brits arent well known for rapidly meeting the new policies to hand as they would rather strut there in their own time. This means, with the de-classification of Dope, or Ganja, or Marjsimpson, whatever you might call it, you are more likely to be arrested for contravening European law for purchasing or carrying illegal weights and measure of a substance than you are for possessing the stuff at all!!!

okay, maybe Im reading a little too much into this, but, men who sell fruit and vegetables in pounds rather than Kilos are being taken to court for their crimes! SHOCK HORROR!

Anyway, like I said, it was just a thought.
